Sinus 0 works like a periosteal elevator to start the separation of the sinus lining. Sinus 1–5 are used to separate the sinus lining from the bone. Sinus 7 and 7S are used for carrying and packing bone. Handles are color coded and tips are smooth to prevent perforation of the sinus lining. Made in the USA.
