A membership program that includes medication tracking and replenishment, CE training, shipping, and expired medication disposal—all included for one flat, annual fee (invoiced from Henry Schein). First year membership includes delivery of the new kit, and all medication replenishments. Requires enrollment in the Henry Schein STAT Kit Emergency Medical Kit Membership Program with agreement to all terms and conditions. Kits not supported by the Membership Program are automatically enrolled in HealthFirst’s Auto-Replenishment Service, which tracks and replaces medications before expiration and invoices customers directly for each shipment (invoiced from HealthFirst).
